To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not provide warranty on physical damage.

Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your issuer's policies.
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
